Family of God,
I hope all is well. I am writing to those who have an ear.
Why we go to church
Being allowed to be in the family of God, with that comes great
responsibilities. The number one responsibility is to Love
God with your whole mind, your whole heart, your whole soul and with all of your strength. The second is to love your neighbor as yourself. Jesus said to do this and you will keep all of the commandments. and other thing you must take good care of yourself. Be careful not to let others mistreat you and always...
Treat Yourself Nice
When you find a person is negative or they are prone to mistreat you, make yourself scarce to that person, love them from a distance. You must ascertain what ever is pure and what ever is good, especially in thought. It can be difficult if you are in the presence of negative people often. the thought process is where it all begins. The battle field is in your mind it is where you win and loose.
Going to church is as important for the family of God. Church is one of the places to being training up a child in the way he should go.
Going to church is as important for us, the family of God, as it is for a Medical student to got to medical school to practice medicine. They must have proper training to become a doctors, they save lives, through the power of God.. so do we!
Doctors prolong lives they can not say anyone can live forever. On the contrary for us, we that are in the family of God, we bring people into our family and God gives forever to them. Our father can and will give them life forever.
Doctors go to school to save lives their efforts are temporary, our efforts bring them to God and his wonderful kingdom, which is everlasting life.
So why do we go to church? In church we hear the word of God. Faith comes by hearing and hearing the word of God...we gather in church before God! As did the angels, the son's of God gathered before God. In church we are gathering more information about God. This means everlasting life, their taking in knowledge of him and of the one whom he sent forth, Jesus Christ. In church we are being taught the word of God, to be perfectly equipped, that we will be able to assist others and that we might be able to stand in the evil day and endure to the end. And we sit at the table prepared for us in the presence of our enemy's.
We continue to smile at each passers by, we talk to anyone that will listen, that is how we shine our light in an other wise dark existence, so that people may see God lives in us. We hope they will acknowledge that God is real. And accept him in their hearts and minds.
If we can bring illumination into their lives to cause them to see what we see, they could join us and acquire strong faith. Every one has a measure of faith, it starts out weak until it is exercised and it begins to grow into strong faith, which gives us the strength to go on.
The King James Bible version: Says this, "The one that endures to the end the same shall be saved." Matthew 25:13
The Bible tells us not to forsake the gathering of ourselves...
even God's adversary gathered with the sons of God. Job 1:6 Records that the angels gathered themselves before God.
